It's not easy to find a cold-brew coffee; we know you have high expectations. We know you love your rich and creamy iced rocket fuel with a splash of oat milk or half and half or both. To find a worthy successor to our Rio Coco was no simple task, but we think we've found the one.

Starting in 2020, we began sourcing from the Jinotega region of Nicaragua because of the ways coffee expressed themselves: sweet, chocolatey, rich and smooth. We've come across multiple coffee producers – including Juan de Dios Castillo Aruaz – and found their work to be outstanding. This crop is from various coffee cooperatives growing in the Olomega region and we think it will fill that coveted cold brew role on our menu. Drop by our shops and see for yourself!
