All the heavens have come together to hang out on this 16 gauge cartilage jewelry! It's made with two 6mm durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel straight barbells with 4mm ball ends. The front-facing ball ends are each set with an aqua gem and support a pair of chains. The top chain is 2 1/2" in length while the bottom chain is slightly longer so it can swing freely. Dangling from the bottom chain are several charms including a sun, crescent moon, and star, each of which is set with a matching blue gem.
